Vintage NOS '68-69 Oregon P.U.C. Licence Plate in Original Oregon PUC Envelope

This listing is for the Oregon Public Utility Commissioner (P.U.C.) license plate as shown.  New old stock from 50 years ago, still in it's original PUC manila envelope with matching plate number stamped on it.  The plate is new, never mounted.  It is a non reflective type plate used back then with white background and hand painted red letters and numbers.  The original envelope is showing its age with many issues, including loss of flap, old tape, stains, dog eared corners, etc.  Most of the issues are on the back side of the envelope with the front still presenting pretty well.  Plate is what you would consider normal width at appx 12", but it is not full height compared to the normal plate you see today.  It is appx 4.7" tall.  Will be wrapped in multiple layers of cardboard for shipping.
