Description

.Here's a vintage handmade wooden pail or tub that was for Maple Sugar and dates to the 1950's.  Not syrup, but granular sugar made by refining maple syrup into it.  You don't see it much anymore but once was very popular.  It measures 7" in diamater at the top and is 5" tall. Tightly fitting wooden lid.  Original paper label for VERMONT MAPLE PRODUCTS from the farm of S.ALLEN SOULE Fairfield,VT.  It's held together with wire hoops and has a wire bail.  It looks to be unused and is very clean.  You couldn't find a better example of early Vermont Maple marketing.  Guaranteed to please the new owner or I'll buy it back.   Check my Feedback.
