This Rotary Phase was purchased with another unit.  While the other unit was put into service on a main machine, this unit was purchased for a backup machine in case the first one failed.  From our recollection, this unit was used on a limited basis/very little.  It has some minor surface scuffs and scratches - mainly from being moved around next to other items on a storage shelf.  T
he unit is still on it's mounting wood pad - the way it was originally purchased.
