    1907--1914  (About 1910) SEWARD ALASKA "Looking East" RPPC POSTCARD  Huge Mountains in background Bay of Alaska then about 10 Buildings all buildings completely surrounded by tree stumps
    THESE BUILDINGS (The CITY) HAD JUST BEEN BUILT, don't see any people but plenty of sawhorses & firewood cutting going on with light snow on ground.  Also visible is 3 power poles with electric service drop visible to at least one building
    THIS MIGHT BE THE EARLIEST PHOTO or POSTCARD OF SEWARD ALASKA TO EXIST
    Written in pencil on back "Love to All Mr MC.....This is taken from our upper story window-Wish You all a prosperous & Happy New Year (then signed but I can not quite make out his name)
